Peace Corps

Peace Corps logoPeace Corps at Cornell University is supported by CALS International Programs. Peace Corps supports volunteers in over 70 countries in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, and the Middle East. The mission of Peace Corps is to: 1) help people of interested countries to meet their need for trained men and women, 2) help people from host countries to have a better understanding of people from the U.S., and 3) help people from the U.S. to have a better understanding of other peoples.

There is a campus Peace Corps coordinator available for students and community members around the Ithaca area. Anyone who has questions about Peace Corps, the application process, volunteer life, available programs, including the Master's International Program, etc. are encouraged to contact the campus recruiter.
